What is HR-SEO? - In laymen's terms….

Today I was digging for some info on ’search engine marketing jobs’ and came across the following paragraph:

SEO - an industry related term for search engine optimisation which is the process of tweaking your website so that it is at its optimal state to be picked up in t he major search engines. … So if you put the two together its basically a way of getting jobs to the top of the search engines….Now I suppose you are asking yourself, what is the point of advertising your vacancies online when you can just go through an agency or job portal? … Well, Google is currently dominating 90% of the UKs search markets and targeting search engines significantly lowers cost-per-hire….

W00t, not exactly what I was looking for, but a good read nevertheless.
